As Superintendent of the Riverside Local School District, I am filled with immense pride to serve our students, staff, and families. Riverside is a truly remarkable community, and the dedication, strength, and heart of our community are directly reflected in our outstanding schools.
A central priority for us this year is moving forward with the implementation of our
2026–2030 Strategic Plan. Developed through a comprehensive, community-driven process incorporating valuable feedback from students, staff, families, and local leaders, this plan serves as our roadmap and decision-making guidepost. Guided by our mission, "

One Community, Pursuing Greatness, and Getting Better Every Day," we are actively putting these goals into practice to ensure every student receives the support and opportunities needed for lifelong success.
Our strategic plan focuses on five core goal areas:
- Student Learning: Prepare every Riverside student for their success through high-quality personalized learning, meaningful relationships, and a strong sense of belonging.
- High Quality Staff: Empower and invest in a thriving, dedicated staff through meaningful professional growth and a supportive workplace culture.
- Facilities: Develop and maintain modern, equitable facilities that inspire community pride and meet the evolving needs of our learners.
- Community Engagement: Increase community engagement through clear, collaborative communication.
- Financial Stewardship: Strengthen Riverside's long-term sustainability through fiscal stewardship, community engagement, community partnerships, and proactive advocacy.
Whether inside our elementary classrooms, at LaMuth Middle School, or across the Riverside Campus, these strategic goals will direct our collective efforts. Driven by determination, teamwork, and a relentless commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to providing every student with the tools, character development, and support to reach their highest potential.
